Drive Me Home © 2006
Notes:
The recoding of "Drive Me Home" was truly a labor of love. Craig and I gathered some of our favorite musicians and had a party to start things rolling. Some of the tracks were recorded during the first couple of "jam" sessions and then later manicured into songs. We had a great time making this music and I hope you will PLAY IT LOUD because that is what we intended. ......jan

Limousine Blues © 2003
Notes:
"Limousine Blues" is a collection of tunes that I am very proud of. Craig and I wanted to make a very traditional blues sounding CD and I think we did accomplish this here. We were very proud to have most of the tunes used in the MSNBC "BROWN VS. BOARD OF EDUCATION 50TH ANNIVERSARY SPECIAL" Which aired in May 2004. This Cd also fueled lots of fun concerts accoss Europe and here at home...jan

Promise Me © 2002
Notes:
Promise Me" is a collection of...I guess I would say....the most pop of the songs we have recorded. Some fans are ravenous about this CD. A couple of the songs were recorded in California with the famed Greg Calbi at the helm. The song "Run" is a favorite of mine for live performance. The version of Help Me was recorded at agreat concert in Denmark in Spring of ..I think 1999 or it might have been 2000. Wow I LOVE singing this stuff....jan

Soul Desire © 1997
Notes:
"Soul Desire" was also produced with our friend Steve Shafer who is no longer with us. After a battle with cancer Steve passed at the beginning of this year.
Craig and I are honored to have known Steve and had the opportunity to work with such a talented musician & producer. The song "Tender Years" is
a very special song to me. It features Steve on piano...jan

Color of the Rose © 1996
Notes:
The "Color of The Rose" CD was a very memorable recording. We worked with Steve Shafer on production and recorded most of this at his studio
located in downtown Chicago. So between sessions we had lots of cool skyscraper background. "Mississippi Man" was an earlier recording made in Memphis with some cool musicians down there. That was great experience. I would describe this collection as rock with a country flare....jan

Last Train © 1995
Notes:
"Last Train" could be considered our "classic rock" collection. All of these songs feel right today. The recording is raw and the passion is real. There are some favorite moments here. "What Kind of Man' opens with Steve Shafer's famous line "play what you feel". The sessions for this collection were one of a kind. I remember "Help Me" just sort of happening with no plan. We got a cool "vintage" sound out of this mic and the tune just happened. It was really great fun. ...jan
